Letone has established a complete management system from initial consultation, solution design, on-site visit, production preparation and shipment to after-sales feedback, to effectively ensure rapid and timely transmission so that the specialized services and the technical supports can be provided by the correct persons at the correct time.
Keeping in mind a Chinese old saying that 'Jade must be cut and chiselled to make it as useful ware' (a person must be disciplined and educated to be a useful citizen), Letone has always been upholding the spirit of craftsman at every stage, especially for the stages of machine preparation and shipment.
With the sales contracts, the order tracking clerk checks the model and quantities of production and spare parts for product preparation.
Upon completion of the manufacturing of equipment, the quality inspector strictly checks quality of every machine with the checklist.
Before packaging and shipment, the order tracking clerk the packages items again with the packing list to avoid loss of items.
Professional packaging and modular solution of transportation guarantee the safe and smooth delivery.
Depending on customers' needs, Letone's installation engineers can provide on-site guidance in infrastructure construction, equipment installation and commissioning, as well as trail operation of entire production line. If technical items meet the design criteria, the customer will sign the certificate of conformity.
Checking the purchase order; counting the items with the purchase order; checking the dimensions including evaluations of the items with the drawings.
Install the main equipment and accessories according to the installation drawing.
Check the equipment again. Before putting the project into use, the commissioning is done to ensure the operation to meet production needs.
Provide the certificates of conformity and test reports for main materials as well as the documents of equipment (user's instructions certificate of conformity, etc.)
For its industrial hose, Letone provides a one-years warranty which becomes valid after acceptance inspection of projects. To apply for warranty, the users shall present the invoices and vouchers of warranty.
For complaints about production line operation from customers, we undertake to complete problem identification and solution offering within 24 hours, and solve the problem within 3/10 days for domestic/foreign customers..

Inquiry about service outletsTo provide better services for customers and faster remove the difficulties that customers that customers encounter, Letone has established its own laboratory, Italian Bimal Impulse Test Stand, Mooney viscosity, a moving die rheometer, high and low temperature test box, an ozone test machine, a UV test machine and super high pressure burst test machine,etc. Letone has set up a R&D center for high pressure rubber hose cooperatively with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, with professional team of 36 technicians including 3 professors/doctoral supervisors, 6 senior engineer and technicians.Letone has mastered the full set of core technology for manufacturing hydraulic rubber hose and obtained 9 national invention patents and 23 utility model patents. It has been the main enterprise unit for drafting several technical standards of China rubber hose industry.
